POM Wonderful Dinner Party -- Video Submission

Before moving forward with All Things Christmas starting this week, I wanted to take a moment to share my video slideshow submission in the POM Wonderful Dinner Party Contest. My Intimate Dinner Party for Four was earlier this month, but today's the deadline to submit videos and/or pictures and a written party recap to the fine folks at POM Wonderful.

I've spent most of today putting this video montage together using a very cool website called Animoto. Their software does most of the work for you...it combines pictures and music to make really cool animated slideshows. My slideshow features the food and decor that I put together for my POM Wonderful party...along with my demonstration for how to easily open a pomegranate. Check it out and let me know what you think...

The top 10 party winners will be announced on December 1st (Wednesday). Please keep your fingers crossed for me!!!

  2. Looks really good! And the music sets it off nicely. The only thing I noticed that jarred me was 2 exclamation points on the last phrase. I would make it one or three....
Love you, sis! GL! (is there a way for me to vote for you?)

  3. this was a really great production, and I love the music. You had every pomegranate detail covered, even in the bathroom. I really appreciate the explanation of opening a pomegranate. I will use that info soon. Wish that I could vote for you, too.

I was anti-pomegranate honestly before reading these posts, then I went into it, tried it again and I love it. I am going to make pomegranate my winter/fall fruit! Thanks so much for the inspiration.
