Bouchon Bakery Oatmeal Raisin Cookies: A Guest Post at Mom's Test Kitchen

What's your favorite cookie? For me, it's not even a contest. I'm a chocolate chip cookie FIEND! Michael takes a more rustic approach with his top choice: oatmeal raisin. When visiting Napa Valley in 2009, we had the opportunity to visit Thomas Keller's amazing Bouchon Bakery and sample some of their fantastic baked goods -- including their huge oatmeal raisin cookies. Michael gave me the new Bouchon Bakery cookbook for Christmas, and his first request from the book was their buttery, chewy Oatmeal Raisin cookies. I'm sharing the recipe today over at Mom's Test Kitchen. Go get the recipe for these amazing oatmeal raisin cookies...and be sure to give my #SundaySupper friend Jamie some blog love! Then, do yourself a favor and whip up a batch of these cookies for someone you love. They live up to the hype: buttery, with tons of cinnamon...and raisins (two kinds!) in every bite.

  2. Oh la la! I've only tried Bouchon's pistachio macaron before. Next time I go to New York, I'm definitely going to sample their oatmeal raisin cookies!
