Begin by combining the white chocolate and butter in a bowl, then melt in the microwave. Stir in the matcha powder and eggs. Add the almond extract, vanilla, and flour. Finally, stir in the white chocolate chips and almonds. Pour the batter into a greased, floured 8x8 baking dish. Bake at 375℉ until lightly browned -- approximately 20 to 30 minutes.

Matcha truffles are really easy to make, and they taste amazing! You need 2 tbsp. maple syrup, one cup coconut butter, and 1 ½ tbsp. Matcha powder for the filling. You then need two tbsp. almond milk and one cup of dark chocolate chips for the coating. To make, combine all truffle filling ingredients in a food processor. Roll the truffle mixture into balls, then place in the freezer for approximately 30 minutes to set. Combine the dark chocolate and almond milk and melt in the microwave. Dip the truffle balls in the melted chocolate, then place them in the fridge for a couple of hours.
