Save Time In the Kitchen with Walden Farms Sesame Ginger Dressing...Featuring Deconstructed Sesame Garlic Egg Roll Bowl for One #waldenfarms #cookingfor1 #lesscarbs #proteinpowered #healthyasianfood #makeitathome

What do you do when you're craving Asian food...but want to stay committed to your healthier eating goals? You find a way to enjoy authentic flavors at home in a healthier way! One of my new go-to ingredients is Walden Farms Sesame Ginger Dressing. This versatile and flavorful dressing/marinade/sauce features warm ginger, earthy sesame, and umami-packed tamari (a Japanese condiment similar to soy sauce). It's a simple and convenient way to add Asian flavor to your favorite stir fries. Egg roll bowls are a popular lower carb, higher protein dish all over social media. I used Walden Farms Sesame Ginger to streamline the dish's prep time...and add Big Flavor without adding fat, sugar, or carbs to the finished product!
My Deconstructed Sesame Ginger Egg Roll Bowl for One reduces the egg roll bowl concept to a single serving -- albeit one very hearty serving! My version features a handful of simple ingredients: lean ground turkey breast browned in a bit of garlic-infused olive oil, tricolor veggie slaw mix, Walden Farms Sesame Ginger Dressing, sliced scallions, and a sprinkling of sesame seeds. That's it! Even better? The entire dish is prepped, cooked, and ready to eat in less than 30 minutes! That makes this recipe a win-win scenario in my busy life. To see how to make this winner of a dish, check out the following video.

Disclosure: I received samples of Walden Farms' newly formulated and packaged dressings to facilitate recipe development for this feature. All opinions shared are solely my own.
